TMA Maintenance Tracking System

The Town of Exeter has recently purchased new web based software to improve its vehicle and facility maintenance. TMA Systems allows the maintenance crews to track, request, monitor, and complete maintenance projects effectively with its automated tracking. All vehicles, equipment, and buildings are managed within the system to alert TMA operators to schedule routine or emergency maintenance.

• Allows for remote maintenance requests for emergency repairs or quick fixes to buildings, vehicles, or equipment
• Ongoing monitoring of work on any piece of equipment or vehicle in the garage undergoing service
• Creates a list of total requests for the Maintenance Department improving prioritization, better use of time and resources
• Increases the importance of routine preventative maintenance. Enabling the Town to increase the life while decreasing the amount spent on repairing major repairs

The Town's current TMA software allows for these services, but due to budget constraints it has not acquired everything the system is capable of. It is our goal to add new modules if possible (if deemed necessary) to increase the effectiveness of the Maintenance Department.
