Join us, Exeter Parks & Recreation for our annual Summer Concert in the Park Series at Swasey Parkway. There is no admission fee and the bands are selected from throughout New England. Head down to the Parkway on Thursday nights and check out the music.

Funky Divas:Together for over 20 years on the seacoast this 4 vocalist 4 piece band’s music is roots music, its harmony and it is hard rockin’ and reflective as it is toe tapping. All bluegrass, soul and gospel fans be forewarned: if you miss this funky group, to paraphrase a line in one of their songs, “it ain’t nobody’s fault but yours”.

The musicians in Honey Train have been playing together for several years and the difference is immediately palatable. They bring fun and expertise to every show, and their energy rubs off on everyone in the room. They come from a variety of different artistic backgrounds, each contributing a unique flavor to the group.|
|July 2, 2015 at 6:00pm||Shana Stack Band: Winner of the Independent Country Music Association's Country Band of the Year and Fans Choice Award, Winner of the New England Music Award for Country Act of the Year, and most recently named World's Best Indie Band by Wiles Magazine, The Shana Stack Band excites their audience with their high energy, high impact show. The Shana Stack Band features multi-national award winning vocalist Shana Stack, and Nashville Songwriter's Association International member, Ed Leavitt, the male vocalist and songwriter of the group. The Group focuses on new Top 40 Country, and original music written by Ed Leavitt. One of Ed's songs, "Let it Go", has been featured in the movie Compliance which was released nationwide in the summer of 2012 by Magnolia pictures.
The Shana Stack Band has opened for such mega stars as Reba McEntire, Sugarland, Rascal Flatts, Chuck Wicks, as well as performing before Travis Tritt on the Main Stage at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway before the Nascar Sprint Cup Race.

Club Soda Band: Club Soda is a four piece that has over 30 years’ experience entertaining audiences of all kinds throughout New England. They do the " Best Of" "Top 40" hits from the 50s to today. All four Club Soda members are lead vocalists with voices that can cover any range and style with harmonies layered throughout every song. Their powerful vocals definitely show case the band's talent, on top of wonderfully executed instrumentation.

Cover Story: You said you loved them last summer so they are back again. Cover Story is among the top acts playing in Boston and the surrounding area. Cover Story is comprised of all Berklee College of Music graduates and all are multi-instrumentalists and vocalists. With such an all-encompassing song list, they appeal to all ages playing top-40 hits from 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and today!

With fanatic attention to detail the members do all they can to get inside the song they perform. |July 30, 2015 at 6:00pm||Wooden Eye: Wooden Eye has garnered praise for its seamless blend of blues, rock’n’roll, folk and country since the release of it debut “Don’t Ask” in the summer of 2008. With over 70 years of musical experience between them, guitarist Bob Halperin and harp player Mike “Bullfrog” Rogers, whose chemistry can light up a room with “magnesium sparks”, draw from the best of what American roots music has to offer, intertwining country and blues to produce a sound that is as beautifully sublime as it is gritty and nasty.|
