Proposed Ordinance Amendments

September, 2016 - The Selectboard is proposing amending the Town Ordinance Chapter 16 Water Service regulations.  The purpose of this amendment is to add provisions for water use restrictions.

The first reading of this ordinance was at the Selectboard meeting of September 12th, 2016.  Per Selectboard policy, there will be three readings of the ordinance prior to adoption.  The second public hearing for the draft ordinance was held Sept. 26.  The 3rd and final public hearing is scheduled for Mon., Oct 10 at the Board of Selectmen Meeting.
