Trash and Recycling Information

The Town has operated a solid waste program for a number of years.  The program includes pay as you throw curbside collection, and the operation of a transfer station at 9 Cross Road, Exeter.

The Town's pay as you throw curbside collection requires Town of Exeter trash bags, which can be purchased at local grocery stores in two sizes. In addition, the Town's transfer station accepts many items. Some items require a permit to use the station, while other items require a disposal item sticker as well.
