Town Counsel to petition to hold a Special Town Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Exeter Select Board took the following vote on May 15, 2023: MOTION: Selectwoman Belanger moved to authorize the Town Manager to authorize Town Counsel to petition Rockingham County Superior Court for permission to hold a Special Town Meeting in the Town of Exeter to address the supplemental phase of the Squamscott Siphon Project as outlined, with July 11, 2023 as the first session and August 15, 2023 as the second session, under RSA 40:13-26. Selectman Chartrand seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
