Easily accessible from Holland Way and Portsmouth Avenue, the corporate technology commercial district provides a potential home for professional offices, research facilities, and more. Though the most recognized landmark in the district is Exeter Sportsman's Club, several vacant parcels are available for development. 

The corporate technology commercial district is zoned as CT. For CT, zoning ordinances allow for the following uses:

  • Business, professional, and medical offices
  • Child day care
  • Light industry
  • Laboratory, research and development uses
  • Hotels/motels

Permitted accessories include: 20% of gross floor area may be used for retail services

Exceptions (granted by the zoning board of adjustment) may include: essential services, heliports, amusement centers, medical rehabilitation facilities
