Spanning route 88, Holland Way, and Hampton Road, the professional park district provides a home for business, medical, and professional offices, research facilities and warehouses, and a variety of other businesses.  Some advantages of this location include:

• Accessibility - Holland Way and Hampton Road are located near exit 11 on Route 101 and can be accessed by both Portsmouth Avenue and High Street.
