The professional/technology park contains a variety of businesses from the health and medical (29%), real estate (14%), finance (14%), and personal care (14%) industries.

Zoned as "PP," the professional/technology area allows for the following uses:

  • Business, professional, and medical offices

Permitted accessories include: child day care, 15% of the gross floor area may be used for retail services

Exceptions (granted by the zoning board of adjustment) may include: laboratories, research and development uses, prototype production, essential services, heliports
