From unused Tot Pool to Spray Playground for all ages

EPRD took an out of date tot pool and replaced it with a modern Spray Pad with a water breathing dragon, dumping buckets, jets and misters that alternate.  Fun for ages 2 to 80 years old.  Great way to stay refreshed in 90 degree weather.
