2011 Pool Bathhouse expansion

Built in 1978, the building was in need of major upgrades!

Since the building was built in the 1970's, there has been a lot that has changed.  ADA requirements have improved. The locker rooms needed to be updated and the Concession stand had limited space.  

With this expansion, the building was brought up to ADA standards.  Private changing stalls were put in the men's room.  Doors were put in in all changing stalls. The concession stand doubled allowing an expansion of menu.  Safety was also a goal in this renovation. The electrical was moved away from the filer system and updated.   

EPRD continues to tweak the building as attendance has risen every year making it a summer hot spot.
