The Town of Exeter  through the Exeter Parks and Recreation and the Council On Aging, offers a Taxi Ticket program through Academy Taxi. Under the program, residents over the age of 60 may purchase a book of 20 vouchers for $10 for which they can then use towards payment of their taxi transportation. The program is 50 percent subsidized by the town. Academy Taxi: 658-8294

Rockingham Nutrition and Meals on Wheels Program in conjunction w/ support from the Town of Exeter offers Senior Citizens of Exeter van transportation to the Exeter Senior Center and expanded areas. Surrounding town seniors are eligible to ride the van to the center however they would not be eligible for the expanded areas. Mon - Fri. 8:30-3:30 PM.  Trips to the Senior Center are .$1.00 round trip and all other trips are $3.00 each way. Scheduling a ride must be done in advance to ensure availability. We suggest at least 2 weeks notice for medical appointments and 1 week for all other appointments. RNMW Phone: 778-8196 for scheduling.


Lamprey Health Care’s Senior Transportation program provides rides to essential services for individuals over the age of 60 and with disabilities.  Access to essential services makes it possible for seniors to remain self-sufficient and in their own homes. Our handicap-accessible buses  take seniors and adults with disabilities to the grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, or bank and provide opportunities socialize.  The service is door-to-door and reservations are made by calling 1-800-582-7214 or 659-2424 Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
