Notice of Tax Sale – Tax Deed Property

The Town of Exeter is accepting sealed bids for the following property located at the address named, Exeter, NH.  Bids will be accepted until no later than Monday, August 26th, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.

at the Town Manager’s Office, 10 Front Street, Exeter, NH 03833.  Bids will be publicly opened at the Select Board Meeting on August 26th, 2013. 

The property offered by sealed bid is as follows:

156 Front Street, Unit 111, 1BR condominium.

The minimum bid for this property is $55,807.29

The property is being sold “as is” with no representations or warranties.  Successful bidders will provide the Town of Exeter with a 10 percent deposit on the property within 3 days, with the balance delivered by certified bank check within 30 days of the acceptance of bid.  The Town reserves the right to reject all bids deemed not in the best interest of the Town.  Those wishing to view the property may call the Town of Exeter Town Offices at 778-0591, x102 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for an appointment.  Email: sriffle@exeternh.gov.
