National Night Out 2024

We’re just about a month away from this year's National Night Out, which will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Town House Common, located at the corner of Front and Court streets.

We’re excited about this annual event that helps strengthen police-community partnerships so we hope you’ll join us.

Last year was the first time we held National Night Out at Town House Common, and by all accounts the new venue was a great success and that’s why we’ve decided to hold it in the same location again this year.

This special event will feature live music, police cruisers and other vehicles, including from the Exeter Fire Department, a dunk tank, face painting, games, food trucks, balloon animals, temporary tattoos, booths from community organizations, and more. Members of other local law enforcement agencies will also be in attendance.

It’s important to note that National Night Out is free with the exception of the food trucks.

We’ll also offer complimentary snow cones with bottled water and popcorn provided by the Exeter Area Lions Club.
