About Town Facility Use

The Town of Exeter offers facility use to the public under a Property Use Policy.  The Rules for Renters document below explains the rules and regulations required that make using the facilities possible and to clarify the responsibilities of the renter.  An application for the use of the facilities must be made at least two weeks in advance of the date use.

The town allows use of the Senior Center, Parks/Recreation building and fields. Keep in mind there are renters rules for all facility use that have been predetermined by the Select Board, which require a certificate of insurance from an individual or organization.
