Alcohol Permission Request Form

This application is for the purpose of applying for a State of New Hampshire beverage service license and/or beverage manufacturers license. The State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission requires a letter of approval from the Town where the licensee will be serving/manufacturing alcohol.

A letter of approval or denial will be forwarded to the applicant via email and US postal mail from the Town Manager’s Office.

This application DOES NOT grant permission to serve or manufacture alcohol on any Town owned property. Serving alcohol on any Town owned property must be approved through a separate application process in which the applicant/organization must comply with all State and Federal laws, as well as Town requirements regarding liquor licensing and proof of insurance.
