Landfill Solar RFP

The Town of Exeter is requesting proposals to lease an area of land owned by the Town for the development of a solar array.

See attached files for submission requirements, evaluation criteria and a site map.  Proposals should be mailed in an envelope plainly marked "Proposal for the lease of Town of Exeter Property", and addressed as follows:

Telephone, facsimile or email proposals will not be accepted in response to a Request for Proposal.  The Town will accept proposals until Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 4:00 pm.

The Town will hold a site walk on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 10:00 am.  The site walk is optional.  Those submitting proposals are encouraged, but not requited to attend.  The site walk will commence at the entrance gate to the site off Cross Road as shown on the attached map.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  The Town may cancel this Request for Proposals at any time, for any reason.
