Exeter Housing Authority
The Exeter Housing Authority (EHA) is a public housing agency serving Exeter and surrounding towns. EHA's mission is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to income-eligible households. The EHA manages a public housing program that consists of 107 apartments that EHA owns and manages and a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program that consists of 173 rental assistance vouchers. The EHA is overseen by a 5 member Board of Commissioners and managed by a professional staff. Commissioners are appointed by the Town Select Board for 5 year terms. Funding is provided primarily from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and revenues derived from rents and fees.

Meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month at 1:00 pm at Exeter Housing Authority Community Room, 277 Water Street, Exeter, NH 03833.
