Prosecution

 Our prosecutor, Detective Patrick Mulholland, is responsible for District Court level cases (violations and misdemeanors), as well as juvenile cases.  The prosecutor can be reached at 603-773-6141 Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, contingent upon caseload before the court.  Detective Mulholland can be emailed at pmulholland@exeternh.gov.

All Superior court level cases (felonies) are handled by the Rockingham County Attorney's Office.  That office can be reached at 603-642-4249.  More information can be found on their website through the link below.

Also below, please find a blank motion form that can be used to request a hearing, continue a court date, change bail conditions, etc....just print, fill it out, and send the original to the court and a copy to the Exeter Police Department.  The address for the court is:  Exeter District Court, PO Box 1149, Kingston NH  03848.

If you plan to waive your arraignment in favor of accepting a plea offer, the form to submit to court is below.  Please print in the upper right hand corner "PLEA" so the court clerk knows what type of hearing to schedule.
