Proposal for Demolition and Removal of Planet Playground Structure

The Town of Exeter is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors for the demolition of the wooden structure of Planet Playground at the Parks and Recreation Complex at 4 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH.  This will include removal of all debris on site, such as lumber, structural poles and older playground surfacing.

Please refer to the attached file for details and specifications.  A site walk will be available upon request.

Proposals must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025 at 4:00 pm. 

Telephone, facsimile or email proposals will not be accepted.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  The Town may cancel this Request for Proposals at any time for any reason.

Proposals should be mailed in an envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Demolition and Removal of Planet Playground Structure" and addressed as follows:
