Proposal for Paving of Entryway and Pathways Around Planet Playground

The Town of Exeter is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors to pave and widen all designated pathways leading to Planet Playground and connect them to the entrance at the Parks and Recreation Complex at 4 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH.  This work will include removing all old pavement, regrading and paving.

Please refer to the attached file for details and specifications.  A site walk will be available upon request.

Proposals must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Telephone, facsimile or email proposals will not be accepted.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  The Town may cancel this Request for Proposals at any time for any reason.

Proposals should be mailed in an envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Paving of Entryway and Pathways Around Planet Playground", and addressed as follows:
