Empowering You will learn how to identify and handle various threats and attacks, better deal with stressful situations, and use you whole body so that size, strength, age or athletic ability are no limiting factors in your defense.

Beginners & Families (ages 7+) - Time: 6:00-6:45pm 

Fee: $45.00 Per Participant/$90.00 Per Family

Advanced Students (ranking Green Belt+) - Time: 6:45-8:00pm

Fee: $55.00 Per Participant

Winter : Tuesday Evenings December 17, 2024 - February 18, 2025
