2016 Adopted Budget
The Town approved the following budgets on March 8, 2016 at the town election:
General Fund Budget - $17,576,735. This is a 2.04% increase over the FY15 approved budget of $17,225,406.
Water Fund Budget - $2,975,555.
Sewer Fund Budget - $2,400,549.
The Town also passed several warrant articles as part of the 2016 Town Warrant for a variety of capital expenditures. These included:
Collective Bargaining
Article 12, SEIU Agreement - $16,689 (spilt among water, sewer and general funds)
Article 13 - Fire Agreement - $11,484
Article 14 - Human Service Agencies - $108,035
Article 15 - Sick Leave Trust (from fund balance) - $75,000
Article 16 - Finance Software/Hardware Lease/Purchase - $63,343 (total $243,275)
Article 17 - Master Plan Update - $50,000
Article 18 - Snow Ice Deficit Fund (from fund balance) - $50,000
Article 19 - DPW Dump Truck Lease/Purchase - $36,001 (first of 5 payments totaling $159,438)
Article 21 - DPW Light Duty Vehicle Lease/Purchase - $21,052 (split among water, sewer, and general funds)
