2023 Budget

The 2023 Town Budget was adopted on March 14, 2023 at the Annual Town Election as Articles 10, 11, and 12. The FY23 General Fund budget totals 21,287,697. At the same election voters approved the FY23 Water Fund budget of $4,549,370 and the FY23 Sewer Fund budget of $7,432,301. The total amount of the FY23 General, Water and Sewer Fund budgets is $33,269,368.

In addition to the budget, the Town approved several financial warrant articles with various funding
sources.

Bond Articles

Town voters approved five bond articles – Westside Drive Construction, $6,020,000; Pine Street/Front Street/Linden Street Roundabout Project, $798,000; Solar Array Additional Funding, $1,609,645; Groundwater Additional Funding, $500,000; and Court Street Pump Station repairs, $400,000.
