Woodcock Walk at the Conservation Center at Raynes Farm

Kick off the start to school vacation week with a family friendly celebration of Earth Day! Join the Exeter Conservation Commission on Monday April 22nd at 7:00 pm for an excursion into the fields of Raynes Farm on a quest for the elusive American woodcock.
Meet us at 61 Newfields Road in the parking lot for the Conservation Center at Raynes Farm which is located about 0.10 mi. north of the big red barn on Newfields Road.
Woodcock initiate their sky dance just after sunset and continue into the night so you may want a flashlight. The fields are often muddy this time of year so waterproof boots are highly recommended. This event is rain or shine.
