National Wreaths Across America Day

National Wreaths Across America Day - Saturday, December 14, 2019 12:00 noon - Exeter Cemetery

REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

On Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 12:00 PM, Wreaths Across America will be at Exeter Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of close to 600 Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

The Commander of the Seacoast Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol will conduct a service at the Arbor Street entrance of the Exeter Cemetery.  Seven ceremonial wreaths will be placed on stands to represent all branches of the military including Merchant Marines and POW-MIA.

This is a free, non-political, non-denominational, community-wide service.
