Downtown Parking, Traffic and Pedestrian Flow Analysis

The Town of Exeter is requesting proposals to conduct a Downtown Parking, Traffic and Pedestrian Flow Analysis.  The Town has seen significant growth over the last 40 years, resulting in an increase in pedestrian and vehicle traffic through the Downtown and high utilization of the Downtown's on-street parking areas.

Electronic proposals are due at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 26, 2023 to Dave Sharples, Exeter Town Planner at dsharples@exeternh.gov

An in-person, non-mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 10:00 am in the Nowak Room of the Town Office Building.  A virtual option is available (please contact rglowacky@exeternh.gov to request a link).

The Town reserves the right to reject any/all proposals, or accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  The Town may cancel this RFP at any time for any reason.
