Exeter Parks & Recreation Multi-Generational Facility Renovation Invitation to Bid

Hampshire Development Corp invites bid proposals for the construction renovation of the Town of Exeter Parks & Recreation Multi-Generational Facility located at 10 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH.

The project remodel is a building of approximately 4,500 square feet.  The Town possesses schematic designs which will be used as architectural plans as a basis for structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm plans.
