With increased activity at the pool, the paint began to wear away from the steps and other areas of the structure. 

To maintain a great appearance, the pool need a fresh coat of paint.  But this is not your typical paint.  This paint is intended for pools and high traffic concrete objects.  This needs to be done every 5-7 years to maintain integrity.
