Proposal for Construction and Installation of Garden Beds and Irrigation Around Planet Playground

The Town of Exeter is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors to create and install two (2) large garden beds with native plants that deter mosquitoes, as well as an irrigation system for the beds and green spaces around the new Planet Playground at the Parks and Recreations Complex at 4 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH.

Please refer to the attached file for details and specifications.  A site walk will be available upon request.

Proposals must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Telephone, facsimile or email proposals will not be accepted.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  The Town may cancel this Request for Proposals at any time for any reason.

Proposals should be mailed in an envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Construction and Installation of Garden Beds and Irrigation Around Planet Playground", and addressed as follows:
