Raffle Permit

RSA Chapter 287-A General Provisions – Section 287-A:7 Permit Required: any charitable organization desiring to conduct a raffle under the provisions of this chapter shall first obtain a permit therefore from the Select Board of the Town, or the Mayor and Aldermen of the City where the drawing for prizes is to be held. The permit shall expire at the time of the drawing, and shall not be transferable. Source 1971, 43:1, effective April 5, 1971.
