Request for Proposals

The Town of Exeter, NH is currently accepting bids for proposals in regard to architectural and engineering services for renovations to the property located at 10 Hampton Road.  The property will be converted to a multi-generational community center servicing all demographics.

Firms submitting proposals must respond in writing to the detailed request for proposals requirements in the file attached below.  Responses should reflect detailed considerations of the issues and opportunities presented by this specific project.  

Sealed proposals should be marked "RFP - ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 10 HAMPTON ROAD RENOVATIONS" on the outside of the envelope and addressed to:
