Pumpkin Composting

The Sustainability Advisory Committee is pleased to offer the annual Pumpkin Composting service. 

Each year, over 1 BILLION POUNDS of pumpkins are added to the landfill where they produce methane, a harmful greenhouse gas.  Do your part by composting your pumpkins!  Simply bring your pumpkins to Laney and Lu between 9 and 11 am.   Free coffee to those who compost their pumpkin!
