Swasey Parkway Re-opening Postponed

Due to forecasted hazardous weather, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood and High Wind Watch from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning for Exeter and surrounding communities. Excessive rain and snowmelt may result in the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Out of an abundance of caution, the planned re-opening of Swasey Parkway to vehicular traffic originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 has been postponed. We are monitoring the situation closely and will open the Parkway as conditions allow. Please plan ahead and stay safe!
