About Our Department

The Human Resources Department is charged with hiring and maintaining the workforce of the Town. The Department has reduced the need for each individual department to handle personnel matters internally therefore reducing redundancy in the Town Government.

This more efficient and streamlined system allows Exeter's Human Resources Department to manage many functions for town employees, making their working environment as safe and enjoyable as possible. This helps to increase productivity and motivates the employees of the Town to provide better services to its citizens and visitors.
