2025 Summer Adventure Camp - Grades 1-7

 **Please Note:  If paying with a credit Card a processing fee of 3% will be charged as a separate transaction on your credit card bill, and will not appear on your final invoice.

All registrants must be entering grade 1–7 for the 2025-2026 school year. Students are grouped by grade as of 9/30/2025.

Registration for Returning Resident Campers & Siblings: February 3rd -February 7th, 2025.  We will call you, no need to come into the office. If you do not receive a call from us by Wednesday February 5, 2025 and you are a Exeter Resident who attended camp last summer, please give us a call.

Registration for Residents: February 10th - 14th, 2025

Registration for Non-Residents: February 18th, 2025

Camp Dates:  Monday, June 16 - Friday, August 8 (8 weeks)  *No Camp on June 19th or July 4th

Time:  8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Fees:

Both Sessions: 8-weeks June 16 - August 8, 2025:  $1,250.00 Residents/$1,300.00 Non-Residents

Session 1: 4-weeks June 16 - July 11, 2025:  $750.00 Residents/$775.00 Non-Residents 

Session 2:  4-weeks July 14 - August 8, 2025: $750.00 Residents/$775.00 Non-Residents 

After Camp Care: $10 per day (4:00 pm - 5:30 pm) 

Payment plans are available for Exeter Residents only. You will need to register in person to do the payment plan option.   To help reduce financial barriers of summer camp, we have decided to do away with the $50 administrative fee that has historically been added to payment plans. This year you will only be responsible for 20% down at the time of registration and then the monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. The balance must be paid in full by the start of camp.

Camp All Trip Fees:

4 Weeks-$125.00/8 Weeks-$250.00. Registration begins: February 3rd-February 7th, 2025 for Exeter Returning Campers & Siblings.

4 Weeks-$125.00/8 Weeks-$250.00. Registration begins: February 10th-February 15th, 2025 for Exeter Residents.

4 Weeks-$125.00/8 Weeks-$250.00. Registration begins: February 18th-February 21st, 2025 for Non-Residents.

Deadline to register for ALL TRIPS: Friday, April 18, 2025
