Wastewater Reports

The Town commissions several reports each year relative to its water, sewer and stormwater systems.  Below is a collection of relevant reports and documents related to the Town's system.  The attachments include the recent Administrative Order on Consent ("AOC") with EPA, which governs the mandated construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Facility in Exeter.  In addition, the attachments include the NPDES Permit, which is the permit issued by EPA, regulating the Town's wastewater discharge permit.  It is this permit that resulted in the AOC being negotiated between the Town and the EPA.
