MS-61 Report of the Tax Collector

The MS-61 is the annual report of the Tax Collector.  It is filed each year with the State Department of Revenue Administration.  The report highlights tax receipts for the year.  Exeter collects property taxes semi-annually, once in July and once in December each year.  Bills are typically mailed in May or June, and November, each year to resident taxpayers.
