Salem Street Area Utility Improvement Project Bid

UPDATE: Addendum 2 (issued July 29, 2021) and Addendum 1 (issued July 20, 2021) and are available from QuestCDN (see below for link).

Sealed BIDS for the construction of the Salem Street Area Utility Improvement Project in the Salem Street area of Exeter, NH, including Hale Street, Warren Avenue, Locust Avenue, Forest Street, Walnut Street, Wadleigh Street, Park Street, Oak Street, and Salem Street. The project consists of replacing approximately 5,600 feet of water mains, approximately 2,925 feet of sewer lines, as well as replacing catch basins and restoration of roadways and any other disturbed areas from the project construction. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via online electronic bid service through https://www.questcdn.com until 7:15 pm on Monday, August 2, 2021, and at such time will be opened publicly online in the presence of the Exeter Select Board and Exeter Public Works staff. Anyone interested in witnessing the public bid opening over the phone or internet is to contact Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. for a link to the open conference call. The 5-day lead time is required in case the bid opening time changes.

To bid on this project and be considered a plan holder, the Bidder MUST download the digital project Bidding Documents from QuestCDN and pay the download delivery fee. Neither the OWNER nor the ENGINEER will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN.

A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held in person at the Exeter Public Works Facility, 13 Newfields Road, Exeter, NH at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. During the pre-bid conference directions will be provided for Bidders to view the project site following the pre-bid conference.
