Chapter 16: Water Service Regulations

Chapter 16 of the Town Ordinances covers all items pertaining to water service regulations for those on public water.  This includes connecting to the system, prohibited practices, billing and payment, and remedies for non payment.

In October 2016, the Exeter Selectboard updated the water service regulations to include water restrictions in response to extreme drought conditions.
