Chapter 05: Highway Use Regulations

Chapter 5 of the Town Ordinances covers snow removal, fire hydrant rules, sidewalk obstructions, sandwich boards, directional "blue" signs, banners, flags, balloons, and affixing material to Town property.  Affixing signs, flags or other town-owned property is a violation of the Town Ordinance without a waiver from the Board of Selectmen.
