Housing Advisory Committee Report

The Housing Advisory Committee just published a report on the state of housing in Exeter with findings and recommendations for use in the town's Master Plan process.  

The report looks at the cost of housing in Exeter, trends in single family and multi-family housing, increased housing and school enrollment relationship, demographic trends, and other important housing issues.

This report can be utilized by town decision makers in helping shape the next 10-20 years of housing policy in Exeter.
