Wastewater Main Pump Station Upgrade

In late October 2017, construction began on the Wastewater Main Pump Station Upgrades behind 277 Water Street, and partial sewer force main installation through Swasey Parkway.  

The sewer pump station building was demolished and reconstructed on the old foundation.  Two new 16 inch force mains were installed to replace the one existing 52 year old force main.

Project Schedule:

Construction Begins:  Late October 2017
Swasey Parkway Shutdown:  November 2017 to April 2018 (12 weeks)
Substantial Completion:  October 2018
Final Completion:  December 2018
